The Bulls

Tanner just completed his third season of basketball. It was a lot of fun! He progressed so much from the start of the season until the end. He learned a lot. He was chosen by the coaches at the beginning of the season to be the team captain, which meant he had to call his teammates to remind them about upcoming games, pictures, and the award ceremony. He was also in charge of the team roster, which meant he had to decide who played each quarter. Tanner was very fair with this. He impressed me as he faithfully remembered to make his calls each week.

Each boy and girl (there were only a few girls who played) received a trophy. A few players were recognized over and beyond and received an award of a brand-new basketball. Tanner was very surprised to have been one of those honored. He won the "highest percentage" award, which means for every time he shot the ball, he had the highest percentage of actually making it in the basket. We are proud of you, Tanner!
